ToyCocktail at the 72^nd Spielwarenmesse

At the 72^nd Spielwarenmesse, the prize for the ToyCocktail Competition was for the first time awarded as part of the PressPreview. Six different bars from the Nuremberg Metropolitan Area entered the competition and presented the drinks that they themselves had designed to an expert panel. The team from Castros in Fürth emerged as the winners with their creation, the ‘Native’. The Herrengedeck from Nuremberg took second place, while El Floridita from Fürth won the bronze medal.

The jury consisted of three cocktail experts: impassioned bartender Adriano Paulus, co-founder and vice-president of the German Bartenders Guild; barkeeper Sigrid Klein, who is highly experienced in competitions; and Bernhard Schäfer, whisky expert and Master of the Quaich.
